Day 51. Jack has an EP test which makes Matt and I reflect on the ICU days and also has a solid physio session. Day two with no NG tube!

Day 50. Jack’s second attempt at a day without an NG tube, and I notice his cognition improving as well.

Day 48. Jack has his first day without the NG tube. Temporarily anyways. And Matt and I have started breaking all of our parenting rules.

Day 47. Jack seems to be showing more expression but we notice that especially when he’s tired he begins to have a difficult time holding himself up in his high chair.

Day 45. Lots of progress with practicing eating solids, and bringing food to his mouth. The deficits he has in upper body strength are apparent and it will be one of our biggest goals over the coming weeks.
