Day 13.

Day 13. Thirteenth full day in the ICU. We start to see emotion from Jack.

Day 12.

Day 12. Twelfth full day in the ICU. Jack really focuses his eyes on us for the first time. We needed this positive sign!

Day 11. Eleventh full day in the ICU. Jack’s eyes begin to focus a little more and he is a little bit less tense/dystonic when we move him.

Day 10. Tenth full day in the ICU. A second first time.

Day 9. Ninth full day in the ICU. Jack is more relaxed but still pretty sedated. The weaning process continues.

Day 8. Eighth full day in the ICU. Jack is still having withdrawal due to weaning off the sedatives from the induced coma.

Day 7. Seventh full day in the ICU. Jack is now being weaned off the plethora of sedatives he was on for the induced coma.
