Days 71 & 72. Jack is really wanting to get on the move. He’s using both hands more and also wanting to eat more solids instead of purées.

Day 70.

Day 70. Two more weeks left in Intensive Therapy before we prepare for the big move home. Jack has three therapies which go pretty well and continues to show small improvements in most areas.

Day 20.

Day 20. Second full day at rehab but it’s a Sunday so still haven’t met with doctors to develop a full plan. Jack seems more observant and alert each day but is still being weaned off the medication from the ICU.

Day 17. Seventeenth full day in the ICU. Jack’s much more relaxed, less spastic and agitated.
